Warranty Certificate

1. This warranty includes mentions regarding the rights given by the consumer law and it is given according to the Law 449/2003 and Law 296/2004 and it does not affect the consumer’s rights in any way.
2. The manufacturer SC SAMOUNA INTERNATIONAL SRL address is 288 Giurgiului Road, Jilava, Ilfov county, phone 021.493.03.77.
3. The identification elements of the product are specified in the fiscal invoice and the labels applied on each pallet. The products have a 24 months warranty starting from the delivery date.
4. During the warranty period, remedy and replacement of the product is provided according to the law. In order to preserve the warranty, the consumer is required to observe all the product assembling and maintenance instructions, to leave the product unmodified, to keep the identification labels of the pallets, labels including the batch specifications, to not stress the parameters recommended by the manufacturer.
5. When claiming the warranty awarding for any product commercialized by us, we reserve the right to request that the application be accompanied by the original invoice and identification labels. Full or partial inobservance of the previously indicated requirements causes the impossibility to provide the warranty. The warranty is not given for: inobservance of the assembling and/or maintenance instructions, product damage due to meteorological reasons (floods, snow-slides, landslides, etc.), natural reasons (environment actions of chemical nature, insufficient drainage of the surfaces or support layer) or human error (usage of metal blade tools for removing the snow, usage of chemical corrosive substances, including salt, non-corresponding assembly etc.), exceeding the maximum admissible weight / sq. m. The normal wear and tear is not the object of the warranty.  
6. The warranty is given only to our customers, us not being liable in any way before the customers who would have purchased the products commercialized by us through third parties, unless otherwise provided in a commercial document bearing our original stamp.
7. Our company’s obligations are limited to the replacement of the defective product, if the deficiencies are not imputable to the customer, our liability being limited to a value equal to sale price of such product, and any other losses incurred as a consequence of product deterioration cannot be charged to us. Any discrepancy or omission with regard to the conditions previously discussed with our company’s representatives, which was detected by the benefiary concerning the drafted documents by our sales department, must be conveyed in writing (fax, email) within maximum 2 working days. Discrepancies regarding the goods (quantity, model, and colour) shall be transmitted by any means at the reception. Any complaints made after these deadlines cannot be taken into consideration. Act of God and force majeure exonerates its claiming party.
